Ml 320 Bites The Dust

Hi there-

My boss drives a 1998 ML320 w/ about 80K miles. Over the last few weeks, the vehicle has experienced stalling problems at intersections. Specifically, from stop to acceleration the engine dies. After about 5 minutes, the engine will turn over again and she can proceed w/o any problem. This has happened w/ both a hot or cold engine.

The vehicle has been taken several times to a Merc shop (not dealer) and hooked up to the diagnostic computer...no codes are thrown to tell what could be wrong so the problem has not been fixed and continues to be a hassle.

Any suggestions or feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Bill
