Problems w/ my ML

Hi, I am new to this forum, and am having a few problems w/ my ML-320. For the most part, they are small problems, but I was wondering if anybody has seen them.

1) After the car is warmed up, usually when its hot outside, you can intermittently feel something thumping against the front passenger side floorboard. It feels like an exhaust rattle.

2) When the doors lock, the right rear passenger actuator makes a sound that sounds like a cats meow. This is also intermittent, but extremely annoying.

3) The third problem is a little more serious. About 50% of the time, when you step on the gas, the engine hesitates badly (bogs down). You could keep it floored for 10 seconds and not go anywhere. This could suck if you were pulling out into traffic. You have to lift, and re-step on the pedal. It feels like you can almost hear an occasional pop through the intake.

It currently has 9700 miles on it and is going in next week for its 10k service. I have a feeling that the dealer is going to come back with "can't duplicate" on all three problems. Some insight into what is causing them would help. Thanks!

John
