Hi,
I assume you mean use the integrated antennae and phone features, because otherwise of course you can.
I've done a lot of inquiry on this subject since I was a satisfied Sprint customer, owned a Startac, and had every other option except the phone. I'm sorry to say, the answer is no. You need a Startac with the Mercedes software and the particular phone for your model year.
In So. Cal, the only carrier is Verizon and they will only offer a limited plan for our MY2000's. The plan works for me so I have the phone on my CLK, I just can't justify the $800-900 install kit for the ML to make the phone integrated. I think Mercedes owners shoud unite and write a class-action letter to DB that they owe us compatibility support for factory phone systems at least during the warranty period. I've called and been basically told, tough luck, they don't take responsibility for selling us outdated technology.

Hey three,
You need the phone and the install core kit part no. Q6820438, that's for a MY2000. What year is yours? Before you spend the money, make sure you can get service and the plan is one you want!
