Would Installing An Aftermarket Security System Void My Warranty?
Well if you scroll down a little you will see my other post and you might undertsnad why I would want an aftermarket security system. Well I was planning on installing an after market security system with a 2 way transmitter so I know if someone is opening the door on my car or not, but I dont want to void the warranty on my new ML. So if I do will it void my warranty?

Installing an aftermarket system on an ML or other vehicle that is so dependent on onboard electronics is risky and foolish at best. As for the warranty, I am certain if the dealer can prove that whatever you have installed caused a problem I am certain the warranty would be out the window with you being responsible for the repair.
