Rattling noise in the vent
Whenever I turn on the fan for the AC or for heat etc. there's a loud rattling noise. Does anyone know what causes this?

Doubt if its the blower motor, more likely something fell into a duct and is rattling around.

'bout a year ago when I removed my blower motor, I found two acorns in the blower cage. After removing those.....good as new...nice and quiet !!

I have the same problem, at start up, i hear a "tunk tunk tunk tunk tunk tunk" and then it goes away. This of course is when the A/C is turned on, just noticed this a couple weeks ago. Sending my car in for that, as well as a bunch of other little problems.
