I just acquire an ML500 with a us-comand, but my problem is that I live on Europe and the GPS system doesn’t work.

Anybody knows what I need in order to fix the GPS system?

Or I need to buy a euro-comand?

What I ear is that the euro and us comand is almost the same. A friend tolls me that he thinks that I only have to change the software for the maps and reconfigure the comand, to get the GPS in Europe.

Anybody knows how to enter in the comand configuration?

No, its a different unit. In the Mcan market the system is an MCS system. For Europe they use a command system. They look similar but are different. There are no European Maps available for the US System and Vice Versa.

Yes he can mostlikely sell you a Euro Command but he will not be able to have the US unit work over there. Try a dealer also.
