Door Pins for ML?

Door Pins for ML?
Hey guys, I have a 03' ML500, I understand that the front door pins can be removed and replaced, just screw and unscrew, but the rear, I dunno? Jerry of ForMymercedes said that its from a whole cluster? kuz the kids f**k around with it and its all ugly and chipped, any replacements!??

I've also been told that the front ones screw on and off. The rear ones don't screw off. If you try you will break them. I don't know how to get the rear ones off. If you pull the door panel give it a look.

I've bought 4 door pins from ebay long time ago, and they all fits with ML(chrome loook); however, I don't know how to put them on. Are you guys sure that I can just simply unscrew the front door pins both driver and passenger side? Could you please tell me which direction should I go to unscrew it? Counter-Clock Wise? or Clock Wise? Thanks a lot. Maybe I can put on my front door pins and figure out how to do the rear.
