That is most definetly photoshopped. Although, I do think it looks good, it goes along with the rest of the current Mercedes-Benz motif.

This photoshopped pic has been around for more than a year and a half - months before even the '02 facelift spy pics came out. And it does look good but it is not a real picture at all.
It's actually made by one of the six or seven so-called computer-design companies that are all actually just one guy.
The picture is a modified version of an old stock photo, complete with edgy styling and Vision SLR lights (although this has now become an MB styling theme) and a computer-generated grile.

The front end is really great, but it will not be a production car. MY04 will be the next generation ML, and spy pictures do not support such body line. One can only regret...
