Some sort of wiper problem...
Whenever we get some light rain, we don't usually turn on the wipers.
Instead we just tap the wiper stalk and let the wipers pass once.
Sometimes when this happens, the wipers kind of stall or stop about 20% of the way through, and then continue.
It doesn't stall or stop for long, about 1 second or less.
What could be the cause?
If it's nothing major, we could just live with it. TIA
