i removed the overhead console in my MY00 ML320 in order to fir an aftermarket trip computer but i couldnt find the harness for it.

is it possible that i dont have the wires conected ? can someone check my vin A194579

or is it the 6 pin conector coecnted on the tow switch ?

It is indeed the 6-pin connector that connects the unit to the CAN-BUS Module. I don't know how you will connect an aftermarket piece into the CAN-BUS though.
