Exclamation ML 430 Suspension

Hello,
I am new to this forum, but own a 1999 ML430 from 2000 onwards. It has almost 92000 miles. So far no big problems. Now that it is out of starmark warranty, I dont take it back to the dealer for everything. But during the B service, the SR told me that the right rear toe arm is loose and has to be replaced. Also front rotors and pads. I am gonna do the brake job myself, but I dont have any idea about the toe arm. Is it possible to fix it by changing the bushes or something like that or do I have to change the unit. It is safe to drive it in the mean time. Any insight into this will be highly appreciated.

Thankyou,
SM.
