W163 Chrome tip Install??

W163 Chrome tip Install??
I just received my W163 Chrome Tip for my 2000 ML430. It is the single tip from 55 tech.
How do you install this?? there are a whole bunch screws and brackets. It never came with any instructions.
Does anyone have a link, Totorial or something to help me install it?
Do I just bring it to an exhaust shop and weld it on??

I would weld it on....dont want to take any chances with thieves, or it falling off.
One suggestion after getting it welded on....spray paint over the welded area to prevent corrosion.
