Bad Ignition Switch A Common Problem?

The other day, when I turned off my ML, the radio stayed on even after I removed the key. I restarted it and shut it down again and then it worked right. No, my 2000 doesn't have any accessory power timers on it. Do I have a bad switch?

Most likely not the switch. Could be a glitch in the AAM. Maybe will not ever happen again. Keep your eye on it.
