Unhappy experience at dealership!

first thin i tell them DO NOT WASH, VACCUM, DUST OR WAX MY CAR. i have hear too many stories plsu lat night i put zymol wash and colinite wax on it... it looked newer than some of the new ones they had... black in and out by the way anyway..

well, took my 2000 ml430 in for the following:
1. way too much brake dust: wash vehicle and after 15 minutes of driving there is way too much brake dust on my wheels.

2. skylight rubbing rubber and having a very difficult time opening and closing

3. water leaks under passenger and driver dash (near feet)

4. side bars (not running boards!) were loose and rusting already
there is only 11,576 miles on this vehicle..

they said they could not do anything with the brakes...
i had also pointed out that the brakes were totally replaced at 3500 miles. they could not do anything about it.... he took me on the lot ans showed me some 2003's and showed me nobody has ever touched these and look at the brake dust...
why does mercedes do somehting about this!

anybody have any ideas here. what should i do?

they fixed everything else (i have 100k miles warranty.. thank goodness..

thanx three56a

Here we go with Dealers again, LoL.

It's so funny how no one likes Chambers Motorcars but me, LoL. Where you located in Boston?
I would reccommend Chambers but if you already went there, then I don't know what to say.
take care

Angry experience at dealers! brakes info needed?

i am from the andover area so that is why i went to smith.
i have hear the dealer in newton is the best for repairs (like engine and stuff like that). this vehicle has never been to anything other than smith but i have had dealing with holloway and others in the area.

hi alboston, where are you from?
i would love to compare stuff visually if you are that close to me!

also if other have expierence with the brakes and brake dust which drives me insane, please let me know.

how can mercedes continue to make brakes like this?
what can we do about this?

help me three56a
