How to connect iPod to 02+ ML
I was looking at my glovebox the other day and I decided that I wanted to installed my iPod Nano to my ML. Is there any way just to simply get Mercedes to give me a wire and run the write into the glovebox so I can install my iPod to my car.
This is what I have found on ebay, it seems to be for the newer ML's...

My other suggestions...
1) http://cgi.ebay.com/ADAPTOR-FOR-IPOD...STEREO-ADAPTER... - Sticking cassette behind the MCS and run it through some how, or through the front passenger compartment area
2) http://cgi.ebay.com/STEREO-MINI-JACK...BLE-HIFI_W0QQi... - Ipod to Minijack (I dont think the MCS has this behind it)
3) http://cgi.ebay.com/iPod-VIDEO-RCA-S...-to-connect-Hi... - I have a VES in my ML with AUX ports so this would be the very last idea
Any suggestion on sending wires through the glovebox/mcs to use my ipod
Edit: Heres another suggestion of #3 - http://www.crutchfield.com/S-qjUPUa1...550&I=142IPBCK

Thanks alot but today as I was falling in for the Cassette for the simplest solution the Radioshack guy showed something which was exactly what I needed. I got the FM Modulator, it has excellent sound quality.
It was $49.99 USD
Heres how it works...
1) Plug in the Modulator to the ipod, its nice and small.
2) Turn your Car Radio to a exteremly crappy station that just makes the "sssh" noise.
3) Set the modulator to that station and you click away.
* You make just make a playlist on ur iPod, listen to it in a row, or just click as you drive *
Theres no need to go through so much trouble if you can just use this so simply!

I have a FM transpod by DLO for $100 and it works great even in NYC just find a empty station and you're good to go! my playlists average @100 songs so hours of commercial free "almost" CD quality music,.good luck!
