ML500 Resonator

Does anyone know where the resonator is in the ML500, is it near the Y-Pipe or does it have one at all? If there is one, has anyone ever attemped to take it off? If so, please explain to me how to do it.

Thanks

none
Drive to a local non name brand chain muffler shop. Tell them to remove the resonator. Total cost should be less than 40.00.

If its a DIY go to autozone and rent the exhuast pipe cutter tool and exhaust pipe expander. Buy a section of pipe adn two clamps. Cut, fit the pipe, clamp down both ends.

I plan on removing the rear cats and resonator and installing a Hooker muffler. I'd have the same style muffler on a supercharged Camaro and an Audi TT. Both sounded great!.
