All:
got hit in the back while waiting for the light. There is a minor, deep scratch and some other assorted scratches and pitches in the back of the bumper. No major dents. Obviously, the other guy's insurance is going to take care of it but it still pissed me off.
I need advice on how to get this fixed. Should I take it to the dealer or to a Jose's body shop? If I take it to the dealer, should I ask to get the entire bumper replaced or should I ask them to buff it up, paint it, etc.

Accident
Get it fixed like new. I had the same thing happen on a brand new Audi A6. There was a little structural repair that was not seen until the bumper came off. Go to the body shop your dealer uses, and tell them you want it like new. You don't want to face "diminished value", come time to trade it.
