Angry About to buy a 2003 ML350

I am new and are about to buy a 2003 ML350 with 40K miles....I am just wonering if there is anything I should watch out before I part with ,my cheqe

Go read the sticky things to watch out for. Might be a good idea to print it out and take it with you as you check over the car.

Do AndrewZ's suggestion - very mucj recommended.

Then add this:
I don't know if you're buying from a dealer or not, but the one thing you certainly want to do is ask for the vehicle history via the VIN (and also a CARFAX). I recently found out that not all states allow the info via the VIN, but the last thing you want to do is buy a ML (or any other car) without finding out the vehicle history. It may look great outside and drive great during your test drive, but that means nothing. Get the vehicle info and then have an independent mechanich check the truck out. The really consider xtensive warranty - worth it for a used ML.
