Able to add fog lights?

Able to add fog lights?
In my cousins Black 2000 ML 320 im looking for the connection to add the fog lights. It was supposed to be an option that wasnnt added on at factory. So i found one connection but its on the drivers side I can not find the other one. Is there even another one? Is there like a fog connection that goes from 1 to 2 connnections I wanna add some fogs under his bumper

Even after you find the right plug in the engine bay, you've gotta take the car to the dealer to have the computer 'enable' the fog light switch on the center console. I went through this whole fog light deal and some of the techs at the dealer didn't even know about this stuff. Oh yeah, there are some empty slots for I think H7? bulbs in your headlights that are probably empty, these are also foglights and will also be active once the switch is enabled which means once you've got all this stuff 'enabled' you hit the fog switch and 6 lights will be on.

the lights
on my 1999 ML 320 has only 1 port for the fog/driving lights. it is on the driver side and I did find a wire asebaly in a junk yard. it has 1 coection and the lights. I did check the fues and that is all she wort. after I got it hooked up now I need to get the dealer to get the comp to turn it on.

2 Options: 1- Do The "legal" Way, Wire It Throught Conector In Front Bumper, Near The Horn And Have Its Computer Adjusted . Or 2- Hook It Up And Run It Dependly, Have A Switch Behind The Steering Wheel ( The Plastic Panel Under The Odometer, It's Empty In Side ) Good Luck
