03 ML500 CD/NAV Problems
Hello, has anyone had problems with their CD/NAV? The ML still has warrenty but i feel that the dealership is screwing me over. Apparently the top part of the CD/Radio/Nav that reads the CD/DVD ROM has to be ordered but is in back order. I feel that i am being screwed b/c I used to work at that dealership and i feels as they are like, "oh its whats his nuts....he can wait." I am just wondering if anyone else is having this problem or maybe a service writer (who is reading this by chance) would be able to conform that the part is on back order. Thanks

Mercedes 's part should not be "back order" Because usually they order parts with next day service so the maximun it takes for a part to arrives at dealers is 5 business day
