Rear foot vent constantly running

Rear foot vent constantly running

For some reason the rear vent underneath the front seats seems to be constantly running even after the engine is turned off and keys are off the ignition, I even tried turning off the AC/Fan before before shutting the engine but air is still blowin from the vent round the clock. Any input is appreciated.
