If you're doing the pads only its about as simple as they come. Make sure you get the right pads if you have an early 430 (goes by serial number). If the rotors its just a bit more effort but not much.
On an older car, the screw holding the rotor on can be painful at times but mine were not too corroded at 90,000 miles. Just soaked in a rust dissolver spray the night before.
