Does 18" wheels from 2007 ML500 fit a 2001 ML430?

I'm looking into buying new wheels for my 2001 ML430 and I'm interested in the 18" wheel from a 2006 ML500. Will it fit? What is the offset for the 2001 ML430 and offset for the 2007 ML500?

Thanks

ML350, Integra
it probably fits but you may need to get longer bolts. i have a GL 18" wheels on my '03 ML350 and needed longer bolts which can be found on ebay for like $40.

my stock 03 ml 350 with 18in rims had a offset of 44. when i got my 20in rims i put on a offset of 35. So now the tires/rims stick out alittle but no big deal, and i needed new lug bolts also.
