Unhappy Antenna ground

After the recent 'A' service on my ML 320/2001 the TeleAid message showed up on the screen telling me to take the car to the shop. Two weeks later I had to go back to the dealer and they have checked it out. They claimed that the antenna might have a loose wire, which has created a ground somewhere. This is what the computer codes told them. To fix it, they would need to tear down the top and replace a part for 75 bucks. The whole labor cost would be around 1500 dollars. The message is annoying but I can live with it. However, I would like to know if this is something I can fix myself, or is it too labor intensive. Thanks.
