BAS/ETS/ESP light on!

BAS/ETS/ESP light on!
BAS ETS and ESP lights come on after start and stay on. Tried shutting the car off and restarting and the lights were off. Anyone else experience a similar issue? It is a 1999 ML320.

Mine was a the brake light switch,..$85 and then the ABS Pump too $1600 
have them run the code for the lights that will tell you whats wrong... Good luck!

Fix most with Brake stop switch replacement...
Fixed most of the error codes with brake stop switch replacement...around $20.00.
Here is the link I followed to replace the switch:

C1401 still comes up. I am going to have this double check next week.
