2002 ML320 is shaking when idling or on the gear
Can anybody help me.
My ML320 2002 is shaking a bit when is idling or is on the gear at the traffic lights.
The code is telling me that multiply cylinders are misfiring.
The dealer wanted to change spark plugs for start and charge me about $450 so I did it my self. I also replaced air filter, fuel filter and shut off valve.
Nothing really helped.
I don’t know what to do next.
Any idea.
Thanks for any informations

MY 2002 ML320
I had the same thing happened to my 2002 ML.
finally found out that one of the coils are bad.
If you have access to a star diagnostic computer
Let them check the wires 1st then if the wires are ok then check the coils
About an hour charge
The coils at the dealer about $185 + tax each and changing them will take less then 10 minutes (DIY)

Did you fix the problem?
My '02 ML320 is having the same problem (approaching 60k), and read a few posts and decided to replace spark plugs and ignition wire set. I don't know if it is wise to just do it with trial and error, or someone has a better approach.
Can someone suggest a good internet website for MB parts. Thanks a punch.
