i have a 2003 ML350, and it never had a CD player/Changer, so i bought one from ebay who has the same year and model as mine, w/ a bracket, but i can't figure out to connect the other end of the Fiber Optic (FO) cable to the head unit (HU). The problem is that there's a box unit under the passenger seat which is plugged w/ FO leading to the HU, and next to it is another FO wire where the other end of the FO for the CD changer from the trunk runs to. I followed the instructions here: http://www.mclassmods.50megs.com/becker2662.htm, but i can't seem to find the FO wires in the center console. I'm confused on how to get this thing to work...
