leaking oil at 32,xxx Km's...

so my dad's ml350 is leaking oil.. my guess is that the problem is caused by the -3400 on the maintenance.. or my dad said the oil pan shifted when it got in a accident 4 months ago and we just got the vehicle back on monday(june 4th).. so was might the cause be?? late on the maintenance or the oil pan shifted??

currently drive the 83 300SD
even though it's late on maitenance which isn't good for it, i wouldn't think that would cause it to leak. it's more likely if it got hit that it could start leaking. Another thing that sometimes leaks is the oil level sensor seal ring. Guess you can get it looked at for the leak when it's getting it's service done. Let us know what it was!
