ML320 Chain Tensioner Replacement

I've got an oil leak that a fellow member has pointed out that it may be the tensioner seal that's the culprit. Does anyone have a DIY instruction on how to remove/replace the chain tensioner? I don't have a manual in hand but would someone please provide a link on this type of work? I've searched the forum but can't seem to find an instructional on how to accomplish this. Thanks in advance.

Do not believe you have to change the tensioner only the seal.

Yeah, I don't have to change the tensioner, just the seal. But the process to replace the seal would be the same as the tensioner needs to come out.
Anyone know where the tensioner is located and what parts need to come off in order to get to it? Also, is there a technical procedure in removing these (like camshaft positioning) or is it just a simple remove and replace? Thanks.
