Ml maf probelms
Hey guys can u tell me what the problem could be... when i give it full throtel and when i come up 2 a stop 3 lughts come on bas/esp abs and one more forgot what it was. i turn off the car it still there until i restart the car twice. when these lights come on there not much power and u cant use cruise control and u dont have esp. The dealer said its the MAF sensor, what do u guys think. thanks

if your bas/esp light is coming on during failure it is more likely the stop lamp switch. the lack of power you may also experience would be the ME control unit thinking you have your foot on the brake still and the throttle - it will then back off the trottle for you. CC will also be inop.

hey i took my maf off and cleaned it with 99.7%alchool now my car has more power and i do more millage it dose around 13.9Lin 100k and i got 20inch on it before it used to do around 17-19L

and the lights are not comming on anymore. it was because the sensor was dirty and when ever it was over 60%humidty it will come on now since i cleand it it all good

You can also get a MAF cleaner at advanced auto in spray can. It's best to remove the MAF from the intake pipe using a torx security bit. That way you can clean the sensors on the back side.
