Problem with 2000 ML430
There is a loud clicking noise coming from front, I guess. It looks like it has to do with steering wheel (my guess) but the same loud clicking noise is also coming when I take off or break to slow down. The noise is not continuous. It happens for example when I am stopping for the lights or accelerating when stopped. I had an independent shop checked it out and they could not figure out what is wrong. I am now planning on taking it to MB dealer to at least find out what it is. Did anyone experience this failure? I would appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks.
