Bought a 2002 ML320
Got myself a ML320 (Year 2002) here in Asia. However this is an imported model from the US and has the mph speedo (we are so use to kmh). Can i find a similar year instrument cluster with kmh and swap into my car? Just wonder if there are any changes required to the on board computers..Or maybe I can install a HUD (popular OEM product for Japanese cars here)
So far so good, except for the rattling/of the chasis on uneven roads. Solved 80% of it - of which most of them come from the 5th door. Also the 17" dunlop is very noisy (code on it shows year 2000). What will be a better choice- Continental or Pirelli? I do mostly city and highway, very little off roading.
BTW, the BAS/ESP light came on the 3rd day and I had to change the brake switch.
Changed engine/transmission oils and filters, spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters etc on first day of purchase.
I believe I will love this car...my dream car actually- hopefully it lived up to my dreams.
