Are the holes in the lower bumper picture attached designed for fog-lights? I found a set of lights on myhotmercedes.com but I am not sure if they are for the lower bumper. I checked and I don’t see any wiring so I am not sure if it is actually designed for lights.

Those holes at the bottom are for brake ventilation AFAIK. and for the fog light you've found are for the newer ML not for the 2000 model like ours.

You can install a fog light on that holes but you have to fabricate some bracket to hang the light. like i did.

I found on another forum 2 sites offering the Hella Micro DE Fog lights for the ML. From the pictures they look pretty cool. They go from $130 to $180

Let me know if you get the foglamp Kit. I have a 2000 ML430 and my ION Foglamps on the brushguard are less than stellar. So these simply install in those vents?
