Interior lights not working

Interior lights not working
My interior lights won''t come on. The car starts fine and the insatrument panel illuminates. When I open the door or turn on the map lights nothing. Anyone else have this problem.

I have a 2000 and ther is no switch anywhere on the overhead console. you can push the light in to change the settings...on off etc....But no switch....My lights are out on the right side front....Is it a switch or were you talking about the light that you push as that does not work for me....Please let me know where this switch is or if your talking about the light?

It was a bad button inside the light on the right side....To fix I spliced the wires and rigged the grey and red and orange all together....and the wire from the other button from the left light...now the left light button turns on both map lights...and the right side interior lights all come on when you open the door.....it was a pain in the ***.....
