Extended warranty for 2004 ml500

Extended warranty for 2004 ml500
hey all-
my 2004 ml500 will be coming off of warranty in the next couple of weeks. Can any of you recommend any extended warranty? My MB dealership wanted 5k for a 6 year/100k package ( car would be warrantied till 2013 or 100k miles, whichever comes first ). Car has 40k miles on it, and i dont really drive that much, so id be ok with something like 6yr/75k as well.
