2001 ML320 Window Switch
Just had window switch go bad at 14K mile. RBM atlanta came to the house through tele-aid service and replaced it. Now that is what I call customer service. This is the first problem I have had and would recommend RBM and the ML to all.

Jeff, sorry to hear that your window switch went out. Mine did too. You are just now breaking the ice on your problems and it will probably fail again. Just wait until your mass air flow sensor goes out, fun fun fun. I've also been through 2 exhaust systems and my car is stored in a heated/A.C. garage everynight. Maybe you will change you mind about your ML when your throttle cable get dangerously sticky (I've had 8 different cables). If that doesn't do it for you then get prepared to change your oxygen sensor, your brakes at 30,000 miles, $110 oil changes, rough shifting from 1st to 2nd gear and probably a little leakage in yout transmission seals.
Have a great day! (I bought mine from Atlanta Classic)

fun fun fun
Fortunately this is my wifes car and she is a domestic engineer. If they keep repairing it at the house, then I can't complain. How many miles did you have for the exhaust. Did they cover it under the warentee? I purchased the 100K 8 Year warentee so hopefully they will pay for it. 30K miles for brakes and only $110. My 5 series BMW goes 20K and costs $200. As long as my wife is not complaining, its only money, but isnt that what Mercedes means in english.
Does Atlanta Classic repair the car at your house? Do you suscribe to tele aide? Good luck and thanks for the war story.

Well at least its not a land Rover
I guess I am relieved after coming from a 94 land rover with 86,000 miles. Every 6 months cost me $1,000 in repairs. I guess thats why the english don't make computers. They can't figure out how to make them leak oil yet.
Land rover: Transmission, Radiator, Head Gasgets, front end seals, sun roof, door locks, wheel bearings, muffler.
Good luck with you truck.
Jeff
