New owner looking for Nav DVD Disc for 2005
Greetings and Happy New Year.
I recently purchased a 2005 ML500 SE and its is missing the DISC for the Nav system (DVD based) . Any suggestions other than the dealer to purchase a disc at a reasonable price? BTW, I did do a serach and came up empty.
Also, does MB offer free upgrades, say within the warranty period, for any updates/new verisons of the Nav disc?

P.S. 1st mod will be cross-drilled Brembo rotors and low dust Akebono pads, i'll post pics and results soon.

Go to Navteq. They mace the CDs for Mb and they have them for $200 - http://www.navteq.com/
I don't know what current dealer price is, but last I checked (last summer), they quoted me nearly twice as much.

As previously stated, Navteq sells them direct. My MB dealer matched the Navteq price, so it was actually less since I had no shipping charge to deal with. That and the MB Club discount...
