It will be built off the same platform as the upcoming GST. As for features, rumors include an air suspension, choice of short and long-wheelbases, and Sensotronic brakes. I would imagine quality will be much improved, with an interior more in line with the rest of the line up. As for looks, spy shots don't really help that much, unless you can see through layers of black plastic and canvas.
Not really related, but I really miss our 1998 ML320, especially after getting my C220 stuck in the snow today (needed two of my friends to push it out).
