Wiper motor is not an easy DIY...
Mine blew sometime back...I searched and searched for DIY instructions...but didn't find any..
Anyways, the dealer fixed it for $525 including the part.
The process starts with removal of the gas hood struts and opening the hood wide open.
Next the black grill above the wiper arms is to be popped out...the wiper motor sits beneath that..
HTH...
By the way, the wiper motor is a known issue on 1998-2002 model years...the newer motor is no longer made in Mexico as the original one was..
