2000 ml320
Newbie here, help requested!
I own a 2000 ML 320. I would like to customize the car somewhat. Can anyone tell me good vendors I can go to for items such as fender flares, wheels, brush guards, xenons, etc. Also, I am wanting to purchase 20" rims for the ML. I have seen widths of 20x8 to 20x10. The rims I like are 20X8.5 Will this make the car look like the rims are too inset? I do plan on adding fender flares which may make this even more noticeable. Thanks for any help!

Well, you could always go back to the MB dealer to get most of that stuff if you want a nice clean, stock look. You can get the brush bar, fender flares, chrome grill, chrome piece on the gate (like the ML500) and a tow hitch. And you can put all that on yourself with no drilling. I agree with Some Pete Guy, 20's and a brush gaurd? Now if you go with the OEM gaurd, it wouldn't look too ridiculous but with something like a Rhino or Steel Horse gaurd....no way!
For a great place to look for accesories, look in the back of Motor Trend or Automobile or Road and Track Magazines.
Brabus would be my choice of 20's. Honestly, I am more partial to the 18's AMG that are on the ML55. You can get a set of those with tires from Tirerack.com for a little over $2000.
