I have 2002 model Ml-320 with 84,700 milage with all so far dealer services and only thing is need to do is replace power blower motor for rear.
Any idea with decent condition how much it is worth to sell as Private party(i.e. by Owner)??
Is it 14,000 is worth the price to ask for it??
Appreciate sincere and an Honest opinion.
No collisions and yes some paint scratches.

You do not tell where you're from. Location makes a difference as to value.
In our area (N Alabama), my 2002 ML320 with 86000 miles, loaded to the hilt except nav, is worth (private party) 10,750 in excellent, 9990 in good condition and 9000 in fair. Retail, if it set on a dealer lot, might fetch $14,935. You can go to KBB.com to check it out.

I am in Wi around Milwaukee area and my Ml-320 has Navigation installed by Dealer.
Any idea how much to pay to fix rear bloer motor?
Btw I learned from Mb world forums that you are the one of the frequent respected contributor and I believe I can count on your input.
Also I saw this last weekend at My MB dealer lot the 1999 Ml-320 being sold as $9900 as it is without warranty with 106,000 miles on it.
