2000 ML 320 oil change info needed

hello

i have already used the search function but cannot come up with the exact answers i need. I am -200 on the oil change clock. i need to do an oil change but need to know some info.

How many quarts of Mobil 1 oil do i need?
What weight oil?
Where is the best place to order the oil filter?
Is the following the correct procedure to reset the oil service indicator?

Move start switch to position "2".

Within the first 4 seconds after moving the start switch to position 2, press the reset button for the trip counter twice within one second. The display for the service request is activated for about 10 seconds.

Within these 10 seconds, move the start switch into position "0". The service request continues to be displayed.

Press the reset button for trip counter and keep it pressed.

Move the start switch into position "2".

Continue to hold the reset button for the trip counter pressed until the signal sounds and the new start distance appears in the display (it takes about 10 seconds).

TIA
Steven

Approved oils: http://whnet.com/4x4/oil.html Personally, I've always been using Mobil1 0W-40 Full Synthetic.

Other info on the oil change: http://whnet.com/4x4/shoptalk.html

As for oil filter, there are some online stores, but I forget what their names are.
