I'm kind of getting lost here - I have a 2001 ML55 with DVD navigation and the DVD has been damaged. Now - in an effort to avoid the dealership I've been searching for information online - but wow it's confusing. Ok from what I can get 2002.2 MCS was the last dvd available for the ML55 - but my question is - what if I want uptodate maps etc for north america? Can I install 2006.2 or 2007.1 ?

Any ideas would help.
