ML 320 won't start
I have a '98 ML 320 that won't start. I put the key in and turn it, like normal, the car will fire but then instantly shut down. Fuel pump by chance?

Does your BAS/ESP and other lights flicker or turn on before it shuts off?
If so, it could be your voltage regulator on the alternator $25 part.
Check if its your battery? but sounds like CPS problem to me.

It happened to me a couple of weeks ago after my wife almost ran out of gas. I took it to MB but they were unable to track down the problem, althoug they suggested the fuel filter, the sparkplugs, and the cranshaft sensor... It did it again last night, but it started fine this morning.
