Can I just hook one up ? Is it easy to install or need any special brackets ?

I need it because I have 2 kids and recently have my Niece and Nephew with us, Dont know how we can go around with a 5 seater .

I can arrange for the Pickup if I can get one. But can you tell me if Pete is going to get it or not please? Also does it have the seat belts and the mounting stuff with it ?

Pete is 100% getting them. If Pete wants to give you one then you have to talk to him. We already have a handoff date set for Jan 10th. Its a late X-mas gift for him.
The seatbelts are attatched inside the ML. Also the seats lock into metal clips that are in the back of the ML and up inside the C pillar. So there really is no mounting stuff. It should already be in the back of your ML.

Wow I like mine they fold up out of the way when not needed with straps on the front latch. Nice place to stick your kids when they act up. Mine are 19+ so I dont have that problem.

buyer need to install the internal bracket and seatbelt at minimum to make it work. I just installed the passenger side on my ML55 so now it can seat 6. It comes in handy once in a while.

Would you happen to have a photo of your installed third row seat in the ML55??? I wanted to add a seat also but it seems like there is not enough room with the spare tire carrier in the way.

Well....kinda glad you don't want those seats now. I can't seem to find them.
I thought I left them in my mom's basement but I went there yesterday and couldn't find them for the life of me. I wonder what I did with them.

Hi - I'm new on the site and was looking for a set of tan 3rd row seats that fit the 2004 ML350. My SUV has two U brackets in the floor in the back under the panels - are those the brackets that people keep talking about? 
To take the question further is there anyone in Southern California who might be willing to rent your seats out (not fussy about the color if we rent them) for a couple of weeks? We have 4 grand kids coming out to spend time with us and will need to mount 3 car seats and hold 3 in car seats/boosters 1 8year old out of car seats and two adults - won't fit in the S550 and would fit the ML350 with the third row - HELP.
