2004 ML350. Navigation Processor update
Hello..
I installed the BN5210 DVD-ROM drive in a 2004 ML350 with Fibre Optic to get Sat Nav going..
The drive plays CD audio fine..confirming the databus communication. It won't read DVD map discs.. After some research, I know I need a Navigation Service Processor update. A local dealer claims to be a Star diag only update and my research indicates an update DVD disc should do the trick..
Anyone know about how I can acquire this disc or is my dealer correct claiming it is SDS update only ? Are there part numbers for the disc ? Any recommended places to buy from this forum ? Thanks
