I have the Sky Roof, and Yes there is wind noise, but it is a fairly substantial spoiler. I also have the front bush gaurd and nurf bars. As far as wind noise I wouldnt know, I have never spent time in an ML without them. Im going to say no on the gaurds, only wind noise I can hear is from the roof.

'00 ML430; '00 C230K; '01 CL500 (passed along...)
our '00 ML430 has the skyview roof & spoiler, and we experience the same level of interior noise/quite as we did with our '01 CL500, even at freeway speeds.
