i was looking for the SUV for my family.......but not sure which one is better??

If I were you I would go and test drive each one. Everyone has their own opinion - they are are all good vehicles. If one was obviously worse than the others - no one would buy it!
I believe you will find the ML to be bigger inside than the others. Most likely the FX and X5 will feel sportier. The Lexus has the "will never break" appeal.
What are you looking for in an SUV?
