my rear brake lights are always on and everytime i turn the car off, when i want to turn it back on it wont shift out of park...i have to stick a pen in the little hole to release the shift lock...I have no error codes on the dash..what can the problem be? thanks...

I think you have a faulty break switch. It is an easy fix and you can get the break light switch for about $15 from the dealer. There are about 4 screws holding the panel in front of the drivers knees. Remove this panel to gain access to the switch. On the switch there is a little retaining clip that must be pressed then turn the switch to remove it. You will be out and in no time at all.
