Unhappy very stiff suspension

Since I grabbed my 99 ML320, I've noticed the ride quality really sucks. Is this normal, or can I adjust the suspension (or anything else) to get better ride quality? How would I go about doing this, will it affect body roll, and do I need any new parts?

What are you comparing it to? Our '00 rides very nicely, especially for a truck.

Maybe your shocks need replacing?

yep

yeah the general ones

its funny because im comparing the suspension to a plymouth voyager. Our other car, the mini van is way smoother then the ML, it seems wrong.

our 99 ML320 had those tires, it had horrible ride quality. We put on the michelin cross terrains with 32 psi tire pressure, it rides much smoother and softer now.

Question
